The Standard Angiographic Views

Coronary Angiography is the gold standard for detecting clinically significant coronary atherosclerotic disease.

It is important to know the standard views and which arteries are best visualized in each. Wikipedia has a great article detailing this. It can be found here.

Summary:

LAO Views

RAO 20 Caud 20 - entire circ system plus first few cm of the LAD
PA 0 Caud 30 - LM bifurcation and Circumflex
LAO 50 Caud 30 - LMCA bifurcation
LAO 50 Cran 30 - Left Main (foreshortened), LAD, and its Diagonal Branches. Circ/Marg foreshortened and overlapped.
PA 0 Cran 40 - LAD and Diagonal bifurcation

RAO Views

LAO - Ostium is engaged in this view. Good for ostial and proximal RCA disease.
RAO 30 - MidRCA
PA 0 Cran 30 view with a small breath in - bifurcation of the distal RCA and rPDA

Abrupt Vessel Closure

The use of contrast medium injected through a balloon catheter distal to the occlusion site is useful to explore potential mechanism of abrupt closure during coronary angioplasty and tailoring a direct therapeutic approach.
